Due to the huge capacity of up to 50Gb the Blu ray disc (BD-25 & BD-50), both single and dual layer allows for more than just a movie to be stored at the highest High Definition quality. With Blu ray replication, you can now add bonus features and goodies all on the same disc. No need to add extra discs to the package for the bonus materials.
Replicated Blu-ray discs are up to six times the resolution of today's standard definition DVD's. Minimum Blu-ray Replication order size is 1,000 discs
- PacificDisc offers both Single Layer (BD25) and Dual Layer (BD50) Blu-ray discs.
- Offered in Bulk, or fully packaged, retail-ready translucent Blu-ray disc style cases (see prices below).
- All prices quoted below are for up to 5-color offset printed disc faces. To add a 6th offset color, add an additional $.03/disc. Full Blu-ray Face Print specs detailed here
- All retail-ready prices below include top spine labels and two security tags
- Mastering Fees of $500 per layer apply on all new orders, regardless of quantity.
- AACS is required on all Blu-ray discs and costs $1,585 per title plus $0.05/disc (see full description below)
- Prices include all royalties for initial patent pool gathering as June 2006

Advanced Access Content System (AACS)
AACS is required on all Blu-Ray projects, unless you are producing a ROM-only product. Any Blu-ray disc (BD-25 or BD-50) with any video content, be it for commercial or non-profit purposes must pay the AACS fees. These fees include: an AACS Media Key, AACS Content Certification and all AACS Order Processing Fees.
AACS Content Provider Fees
PacificDisc does not collect AACS Content Provider Fees. These are to be paid for by the content owner directly from AACS LA and proof of license is required before a project is started.

Retail Ready pricing (the second table) is per complete packaged unit (disc, case, print, spine labels and 2 security tags) at indicated quantity - no hidden extras. Shipping costs depend on destination and are not included in these prices.
