How to get started
You’ve looked at our prices, you’ve reviewed the artwork requirements and are now ready to place an order to get your project started. Now what?
- Either fill out the “quick quote” box at the bottom of the pricing pages, or pick-up the phone and call us on (888) 274-0444.
- In order for us to provide you with the full and binding upfront quote, we need to know.
- The name of the project
- How many copies and what type of discs you require
- Your full contact info
- Where we should send proofs (either hard proofs, or emailed PDFs)
- Where the finished discs will be shipped when completed
- Once we have all this info, we can estimate shipping costs and email you a 3-page quote, which details everything and shows you your final price.
- Once you receive your quote, review it carefully. If everything looks correct, you need to sign the quote, fill in your payment section and send a signed copy along with your master CD or DVD (we accept CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-R DL & DLT), as well as a CD-R with your artwork files.
Please note that we would prefer full-resolution, layered artwork files, rather then flattened and compressed files. More info on artwork can be found here
Masters and paperwork should be sent to the address contained in the email, as we have different locations across the country.
