Timing Estimates for Your CD DVD Replication Project
The normal completion time for most CD or DVD replication is approx 7 business days - after your materials have been pre-mastered and printed, and you have approved all proofs in writing.
Timing Estimates for Bulk CD DVD Replication Projects
For bulk disc orders, the completion time can be as quick as 5 business days after you approve all proofs.
Faster CD or DVD Replication Services Available
If you need materials more quickly, please talk to a replication salesperson about rush fees. Often times, if we know you have a deadline we prioritize it and can turn a project faster. Of course we cannot guarantee this service every time, but we will bend over backwards to assist you wherever possible.
1. Submission of Materials
You will be provided a checklist for materials and formats. Double-checking all materials before sending them is one of the best ways to ensure your replication project will be completed quickly.
2. Preparation, Pre-mastering, Proofing & Printing
Once all materials have been received in the correct format, pre-mastering, proofing, and printing normally takes 7 business days. This turn-around time assumes that you approve any proofs or check discs by 1pm on the same day you receive them. It also assumes that you don't make any changes to your materials after they are submitted. Please note there may be additional charges if materials need to be changed mid project.
3. Manufacturing
Once you review and approve all proofs, in writing, the job goes onto the CD or DVD replication and printing lines -- and the 7 day countdown begins.
4. Shipping
Shipping time of your CD replication or DVD replication project depends on the method chosen for shipping -- (1000 packaged DVDs weigh about 270 pounds). PacificDisc recommends FedEx Ground when shipping finished units and will provide a shipping estimate on your quote, based on the ship-to address provided.
