Replication Summary & Checklist
Artwork
Design DVD face, cover, and (if included) insert artwork using sizes, specs, and support formats described in this document.
Burn artwork files onto CD-ROM and send with your DVD master.
Approve proofs via email the same day you receive them.
If you request a hard copy proof, it must be signed (approved) and FedEx'd back before printing can start.
DVD Master
- Test master thoroughly before you send it to us
- Send PacificDisc two copies, clearly labeled
- DVD-R is preferred for DVD-5, but DLT or DVDR-DL is required for DVD-9
- If you order a check disc (strongly recommended for DVD-9), confirm approval via email
Timing
Jobs are normally finished within 10 business days after premastering, printing, and proofing are complete (shipping to you not included)
To keep job on schedule, you must approve proofs and check discs the same day you get them - in writing. Every day you don't approve a proof, adds one day to the shipping date.
